What embroidery is best for
- Company polos and button-ups for staff
- Caps and beanies with a left-front or side logo
- Jackets, fleece and quarter-zips
- Left-chest logos on uniforms and scrubs
- Small runs where every piece should feel premium
How our embroidery process works
- Digitizing. Your logo is converted into a stitch file that tells the machine every needle move. This is a one-time setup; we keep the file for reorders.
- Thread and placement proof. You get a digital mockup with thread colors and exact placement (left chest, cap front, sleeve) to approve.
- Stitching. Multi-head machines sew your logo at up to 1,000 stitches per minute. A typical left-chest logo is 5,000–9,000 stitches.
- Trim, inspect, ship. Backing is trimmed, every piece is checked, and your order ships in 7–10 business days.
Pricing and minimums
Embroidery is priced by stitch count and quantity, not by color, so a six-color logo costs the same as a one-color logo of the same size. A standard left-chest logo on an Embroidered Polo starts around $24 per piece at 12 pieces, with the online designer applying volume pricing at 24, 50 and 100. One-time digitizing is included on orders of 12 or more.

Embroidery FAQ
Is there a minimum for embroidery?
No hard minimum. Orders of 12 or more include digitizing; smaller orders pay a one-time setup that we keep on file for reorders.
Can you embroider small text?
Letters need to be at least 1/4 inch tall to stay legible in thread. We will flag anything smaller on your proof and suggest a fix.
What garments embroider best?
Polos, pique knits, oxford shirts, fleece, caps, beanies and canvas bags. Very thin tees and performance fabrics can pucker, so we recommend print for those.
Can you match thread to my brand colors?
Yes. We stock hundreds of thread colors and match to Pantone references; the thread chart is confirmed on your proof.
Do you offer names on each piece?
Yes. Individual names on polos, jackets and scrubs are a popular add-on and are priced per piece.
